James started off as a driving consultant in 2011 and soon became branch manager. After this agency was aquired by a larger high street agency he continued as Senior Driving Consultant prior to forming CJ Logistics Solutions in 2015.
Charlotte comes from a history of Account Management, Sales and 5 years in Commercial Recruitment. Charlotte believes in strong Customer Service to both Clients and Candidates and that communication is the key to her success.
CJ Logistics was formed in August 2015. James left traditional high street recruitment companies to give a more personal, local approach to recruitment. Drawing on his knowledge and experience from previous companies a client base was quickly built up within the logistics sector.
Combining over 25 years of experience in the recruitment market, our focus is to build a business that is successful, profitable and provides the type of service that agency providers used to deliver in the 90’s, focusing on local relationships and strong service levels.
After opening the office in Huntingdon, we initially drew on our knowledge and experience within the transport sector. We now cover Industrial, Commercial, Technical and Engineering positions as the business has evolved. We currently supply a variety of businesses across the Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, Norfolk, Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire regions.

Being an independent and privately-owned business gives us a unique strategy of building a service that delivers results the way our clients want it to happen, we are large enough to recruit large volume work forces and small enough to make instant changes and adapt to clients’ needs and the reflections of the market place. As the main contact will always be senior member of the business, you will be able to deal with a decision maker at any time. We have found this approach allows us to be more flexible and personal with regards to our rates and fees structure and are able to be competitive compared to traditional high street recruitment agencies.

Due to the success of CJ Logistics Solutions, the decision was taken to move into the permanent recruitment sector and widen our customer base. CJ Employment Solutions was formed in October 2017. CJ Employment Solutions moves away from our logistics specialism with a focus on the commercial sector. For this to be achieved Charlotte Nightingale was the perfect fit. Charlotte now heads up CJ Employment Solutions, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and professionalism and a shared belief in our values and business strategy.
